By using SkillsCertify, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Description of Service

SkillsCertify provides online skill assessments and certificates. Our platform allows users to take multiple-choice quizzes, achieve a passing score, and receive a verifiable digital certificate. Certificates are privately issued knowledge proof–based assessment certificates and are not affiliated with any government authority, educational institution, or third-party organization.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using SkillsCertify, you represent that you meet these requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts; (c) share answers or assist others in cheating during assessments; (d) reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission; (e) use automated systems to access the service without our consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on SkillsCertify, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, assessments, and certificates, is the property of SkillsCertify or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Payment for assessments and certificates is required before access. All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with changes applying to new purchases only.

7. Limitation of Liability

SkillsCertify and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. We do not guarantee employment, admission, or any other outcome based on certificate issuance.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
